I   will   discuss  some  possibilities  for
realization  of  Higgs  mechanism  of meson mass
generation  in  holographic  models  for  strong
interactions.  Using  a  simple  example  I will
demonstrate  a  calculation  of  mass  spectrum,
two-point  correlator and compare the asymptotic
behavior   of   correlator  at  large  euclidean
momentum  with  the  operator  product expansion
from QCD.
