Yubing Dong

On generalized parton distributions of spin-3/2 particles and
electromagnetic and gravitational form factors

The generalized parton distribution functions (GPDs) of spin-3/2
particles are discussed [1]. The connections of those GPDs to the
electromagnetic and gravitational form factors and to the structure
functions of the systems are also obtained. As a typical example (like Δ
or Omega-baryon), we numerically calculate the electromagnetic and
gravitational form factors as well as the GPDs of a spin-3/2 baryon by
using a quark-diquark approach [2-4]. Some Lattice results are employed
to constrain our model parameters. It is found that our studies can give
a reasonable description for the electromagnetic form factors. Moreover,
we discuss the mechanical properties of the spin-3/2 particles.
